Spring Trilogy

It’s spring, the robin sings all day

Nothing held back

He pours himself  without restraint

Becomes his song

If only I could commit to life

So absolutely

My little dog dances in the morning

Spins round and round

So full of the  new beginnings of the day

He runs across the field

Smiling all the way

While I walk my measured way behind

Flowers bloom

Birds find their way

Whales in the deep do sing

Bears know when to eat and sleep

And fish know how to swim

Even insects have their ways

All beings have their place

Only man thinks he can stray

From inner guiding grace.
